1. the mans was pushed onto the tracks i dont know how he could use the photo and there is a reason it exist
2. he took it hopeing the train would see the flash and stop but it didn't work and he could help the man he said
3. i understand why it exists but i wish it wasn't used
4. kinda i think he could have help but it depends on how close the train was and the photographer probley didn't want to risk his life
5. both they the got a photo and a story but it made it seem they wanted a story and let the man die and seems like no one tryed to help
6. getting photos because its in the name photojournalist but some disagree if you can help then help
7. at times yes but maybe after the photo is taken. because then it seems stage if you get involved first then photo is taken
8. no if its current talk about it but if its bad dont tell people hey do this but it shouldn't be against the law
