they move her head more up on her neck and made her eyes bigger in photoshop and made her seem skinnier 2. made her legs bigger and made her neck longer and made her eyes bigger and mess with other features on her face they made the light more bright on her skin 3.  THEY MADE PIZZA HOT  HOW!!!!!!?????!!!!!  so they change all the features of they body and face and then take any edits of face features and take away textures for the skin and put the pepperoni backs and reverse the process the did that made pizza hot 4.idk because if your trying to sell fashion products and it is suppose to remove wrinkles and make you look young again i guess but its a fib and when the buyer tries it and it dosent then there upset. 5. probley and im not that big in fashion and if its needed but dont try to sell a false reality. 6.  lighting, some face changes, and a little bit of body tuneing. things that wont change the whole persons look. 7. fashion deals with looks and ooo they look good
